Missed Call Revenue Calculator for Aesthetic Practices
For plastic surgeons and med spa practice owners: estimate the potential value of missed qualified consultation opportunities using your own inputs.
Calculate your estimate
Start with the missed calls you would want your team to recover.
The model, stated plainly
Monthly upper-bound gross potential = missed calls per week × 52 ÷ 12 × consult-to-procedure close rate (as a decimal) × average procedure value.
Annual upper-bound gross potential = missed calls per week × 52 × consult-to-procedure close rate (as a decimal) × average procedure value.
Before calculating: exclude spam, repeat callers, administrative calls, and calls that are not unique qualified consultation opportunities. This calculator does not use a lead-to-consult conversion input.
FAQ
Questions about the estimate
What does this revenue calculator estimate?
It calculates a mathematical upper-bound gross revenue potential from the three values you enter: missed calls per week, your consult-to-procedure close rate, and average procedure value.
Why is this an upper-bound estimate rather than a forecast?
The model assumes each counted missed call is a unique, qualified consultation opportunity and that every one is recovered. It does not predict what will happen at your practice or guarantee results.
Which calls should I include?
Use only missed calls that you reasonably consider unique, qualified consultation opportunities. Exclude spam, repeat callers, administrative calls, and other calls that would not become a consultation opportunity.
Does the estimate show profit or net incremental revenue?
No. The result is gross revenue potential only. It does not account for costs, capacity, refunds, marketing, staffing, or any other factor needed to determine profit or net incremental results.
